Privacy Policy

Prairie Physician Link ("we", "us") is operated by Axis Immigration Consultants Ltd., based in Edmonton, Alberta. We collect as little personal information as we can, and we treat what you share with us as confidential. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices — in plain language, as required by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Why we collect it

One purpose only: to provide the connection and guidance service described on this site — responding to your inquiry, understanding what you're looking for, and, with your permission, making introductions. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Ever.

Consent and introductions

We never share your details with a potential match without asking you first. Every introduction is double opt-in: both the physician and the employer agree before either receives the other's information.

Where information is stored

Form submissions are delivered to our email and stored in our business systems. Job board postings are stored in our website database. Service providers we use (email, form processing, database hosting) may store data on servers outside Canada; we choose reputable providers with strong security practices.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our professional record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

For any of these, email hello@prairiephysicianlink.ca. We respond within two business days.

Relationship to immigration services

If you separately engage Axis Immigration Consultants Ltd. for immigration services, that engagement is governed by its own retainer agreement and the confidentiality obligations of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. Information you share with the connection service is not used for immigration marketing without your consent.
